Refund policy

You only pay after you have seen and approved your preview.

• Launch / Pro / Google profile: if we don't deliver what's described within 7 days of receiving your info, or you are unhappy with the delivered work, ask within 14 days of payment for a full refund.
• Care: cancel anytime; the current month is refundable if you ask within 7 days of the charge and no edits were made that month.
• Refunds go back to the original card through Stripe, usually within 5-10 business days.
