What happens after you pay
1. We confirm by email
Same or next business day, we email to confirm and ask for anything missing: your logo or photos, and your web address if you already have one. No web address yet? We register one in your name at the registrar's price, with no markup.
2. Your site goes live
Usually within 3 business days of getting your info. If it isn't live within 7 days, you can ask for a full refund.
3. You own it
The domain is in your name. Hosting is covered for 12 months. Ask for a refund within 14 days of paying if you're not happy.
What is Care?
Care is an optional $29 a month plan that keeps your site online and up to date. Your first 12 months of hosting are already paid for with Launch or Pro, so most people don't need Care until year two. Nothing is charged unless you choose it.
What "2 small edits" means: each month you can email us up to 2 quick changes, like new hours, a new price, a changed phone number, or swapping in photos you send. We do them within 3 business days. New pages or a redesign are quoted separately first.
If you don't want Care: after 12 months we send you your site files free, and you can host them anywhere. If you cancel Care, it stops at the end of that month. If you ask within 7 days of a charge and we made no edits that month, we refund it.

Is the preview really free?
Yes. There's no card and no obligation. If you don't want it, do nothing. Unclaimed previews are kept for 30 days, then taken down and deleted.
What happens after the first 12 months?
Launch includes 12 months of hosting on our Cloudflare setup at no extra cost. After that you can keep hosting with Care for no more than $29/mo, or we send you your site files to host anywhere you like. Care is never started without your OK. Once you choose it, it renews monthly until you email us to cancel.
How fast does my site go live?
Work starts once you've paid and sent anything we need from you. If we don't deliver what's described within 7 days, you can ask for a full refund.
Do you use AI?
Yes. We use AI tools to draft copy and layouts, and every site is checked against a written quality checklist before it's sent or published. You can ask for any AI-written text to be changed before launch. Read our AI disclosure.
Will you add reviews or badges to my site?
Only real ones you give us. We never invent reviews, testimonials, licenses, awards or prices.
Who owns the site and domain?
You do. Your domain stays registered in your name, and the business content you approve is yours. If you ever leave, we send you the site files so you can host them anywhere.
What if I already have a website?
That's fine. Request a preview and compare it with what you have. There's no cost to look.
